Noosa Coffee Roastery is a family business, run by husband and wife duo Cam & Erin, and their amazing team Nigel, Laura and Nick. Our team are coffee obsessed, not just the taste, but the science and precision behind every roast. It’s and obsession that drives quality in everything we do. Between our team, we have over 60 years experience in the industry.

For us, coffee is more than a beverage. It's a moment to slow down and relax by yourself, or to share with friends and family. We want to help make that moment special with our coffee.

We're based in Noosaville, in the Noosa sun. Surfing, the coast, and our local community are part of who we are. Our community is at the heart of how we do business, from the suppliers we've come to know and trust, to the customers who've become friends. These relationships matter to us, and they're what make this more than just a coffee business.

Our Process

Every bag of green beans we source is measured for density and screen size, so we understand exactly what we're working with before it ever hits our roaster. Beans aren't uniform by nature, density and size vary from lot to lot, even within the same origin and that variation is where roasting defects like scorching, tipping, and uneven development creep in, especially at scale.

That's why we roast in nano batches. By keeping our batch sizes small, we can control every variable such as heat, airflow, timing, with a precision that's simply not possible at scale. Each roast is developed and monitored individually in very small batches. The result is a coffee that's consistent, clean with depth and complex flavour layers, batch after batch.

It's a slower, more hands-on way of doing things. But it's the only way we know how to guarantee the quality we put our name on. We’re not the cheapest but to be proud of what we put our name on.
