BARISTA TRAINING
We have created three great barista classes to teach anyone with an interest in learning how to make great coffee, no matter what their experience. Each hands on session identifies the variables required to make espresso-based coffee and covers the fundamentals of storing beans, how to grind coffee, perfecting milk textures and looking after your equipment. You’ll walk away with the confidence to create excellent finished coffee.

BARISTA PRO
5 hours (over 2 days)

This course is split into two sessions over 2 days. In the first session, students will start with the “Barista Basics” class, extending into a second session of 3 hours. Immerse yourself in non-stop coffee making, with a focus on creating the perfect espresso shots and heating and texturing milk, whilst making your way through an extensive coffee menu.
